Terms & Conditions

Scope of Services: Services include copywriting, editing, and content creation as agreed in writing. Any additional work will incur extra charges.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required upfront. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of project completion. Late payments may attract a 5% penalty.

Revisions: Includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.

Turnaround Time: Delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon. Delays caused by client feedback or materials may affect deadlines.

Ownership: Full copyright is transferred upon final payment. Unpaid work remains the property of the copywriter.

Confidentiality: All client information is treated confidentially.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations after work has commenced may incur additional charges.

Liability: The service is not liable for any loss resulting from the use of the content provided.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
